Welcome to the official booking form for the 2026 Active Lifestyle Expo, part of the Brisbane Cycling Festival. This form is for businesses, organisations, and exhibitors wishing to secure a space at the Expo.

Please complete all required sections to confirm your participation. The Expo is a premier opportunity to showcase your products, services, and innovations to thousands of health, fitness, and cycling enthusiasts.

The 2026 Active Lifestyle Expo offers tiered pricing with Early Bird, Regular, and Last-Minute rates.

Note the main Expo area of the Active Lifestyle Expo is bookable is 3m sections.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due on invoice to confirm booking. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to event.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred site number(s), please note that operational changes may occasionally require adjustments. We endeavour to allow you to select your site, and should any changes be necessary, our team will contact you with updated options before your booking is confirmed.

Enhance your presence at the 2026 Active Lifestyle Expo with a range of optional upgrades and services — from furniture hire and flooring to lighting, internet, and promotional add-ons. Pricing excludes GST and includes installation.

Limited spots available

Showcase your brand with a video ad displayed on the large festival screens throughout the Active Lifestyle precinct. Each spot can be up to 20 seconds long and will be integrated into the primary TVC loop, played multiple times per day during peak event hours.

Please note:

• You must supply the final video (we do not offer production services).

• Format: MP4, 1920x1080 (Full HD), maximum 20 seconds.

• Audio is optional and must be clear and event-appropriate.

• Content must be submitted by Feb 30 2026 for review and scheduling.

• All content is subject to approval to ensure suitability for the festival audience.

This opportunity is capped at five TVC Slots per event.

Our team will be in touch to confirm submission details and schedule.

Boost your visibility with a live or scheduled shoutout from the official BCF or ALE MC (event dependent). Your message will be read out to the crowd by our professional event hosts during peak times, integrated seamlessly into the event program.

Inclusions:

• One scripted ad read (up to 30 seconds) delivered by the event MC (up to three reads across the Event)

• Scheduled during key audience engagement periods (subject to availability)

• Option to promote offers, booth visits, giveaways, or brand messaging

Please Note:

• You must supply the final script (max 60 words)

• All content is subject to approval for tone, timing, and audience suitability

• Limited spots available per event/day

Our team will follow up to finalise your script and scheduled time.

Each exhibitor is provided access to one (1) 10amp power outlet. Piggyback plugs and double adapters are strictly prohibited. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that all electrical equipment is tested, tagged, and in safe working condition. All extension lead connections are to be enclosed in a IP Rated Outdoor Cover.

I am authorised to act on behalf of the business listed above. I/we agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the 2026 Brisbane Cycling Festival website and Exhibitor Prospectus and acknowledge that we will receive an invoice for 50% of the Expo Site Fee (non-refundable) to secure our booking, payable within 7 days.  The balance payment is due no less than 30 days before the start of the event and will be invoiced separately in February 2026.
